GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 

1.SUBJECT AND PARTIES OF THE CONTRACT

1.1. The Nase’s general conditions of sale (“Distance Selling Contract” or “General Conditions”) apply to all sales of The Nase products (“Products” or “Product”) through the  web site www.thenase.com. (“website”).  

1.2. The language used to enter any contract of sale through this Website is English.

1.3. The sale of Products under these Distance Selling Contract is only available to consumers (“Clients” or “Client”) being natural persons acting for purposes extraneous to their trade, business, craft and profession, aged over 18.

1.4. The vendor is The Nase, a part of the Company The Nase which is registered office at ITALY MILAN

2. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

2.1. Information on Products (along with the relevant Product codes) and relevant prices are available on the Website. Pictures of the Products displayed on the Website may not correspond to their actual appearance; the Client shall therefore rely exclusively on the description of the Products and their characteristics as mentioned on the Website.

2.2. In no case The Nase shall be liable for errors occurred due to failure of the Client’s connection to the Website. 

3 .PRICE

3.1. The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website in Euro and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. Delivery costs, if required, shall be added to the price of the Products.

4. EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT

4.1. Before submitting an order through the Website, Client shall read carefully all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure (also with regard to possible delivery charges, the right of withdrawal conditions and the privacy policy statement), along with this General Conditions.

4.2. To purchase the Products, Client must (i) include the selected Products in the “Shopping Bag” by clicking on the relevant button, (ii) fill in the order document, (iii) select the payment method, (iv) accept the General Conditions and (v) send the order proposal to The Nase through the Website. 

 4.3. Once the Order Confirmation is sent to the Client, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Dispatched Products can however be returned as set out in Section 7 below.

4.4. The risk of loss of or damage to the Products shall pass to the Client when the Client (or a third party indicated by the Client and other than the carrier) has acquired the physical possession of the Products.

Privacy & Safety

1. Privacy Policy 
We recommend that you read the Privacy Policy which also applies in the event that users access to www.thenase.com and use the relevant services without making purchases. The Privacy Policy will help you understand how and for what purposes www.thenase.com collects and uses your personal data.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative work from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, the Content without the prior express written consent of The Nase and Provider as the case may be The Nase and/or Provider shall have the exclusive right to authorise or prohibit in their sole discretion any reproduction, publication, distribution, display, modification, creation of derivative work from, or exploitation in any way of, in whole or in part, the Content. The Nase and/or Provider shall have the right, at any time, to claim the authorship of any Content posted on this Site and to object to any use, distortion or other modification of such Content.

Any reproduction, publication, distribution, display, modification, creation of derivative work from, or exploitation in any way of, the Content expressly authorised in writing by The Nase and Provider shall be carried out by you for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws.

 3. Links to Other Web Sites

3.1. www.thenase.com may contain links to other web sites which are in no way connected to www.thenase.com or the Provider. The Provider does not control or monitor such third party web sites or their contents. The Provider shall not be held liable for the contents of such sites and/or for the rules adopted by them in respect of, but not limited to, your privacy and the processing of your personal data when you are visiting those web sites. Please, pay attention when you access these web sites through the links provided on www.thenase.com and carefully read their terms and conditions of use and their privacy policies. Our General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy do not apply to the web sites of third parties. www.thenase.com provides links to other web sites exclusively to help its users in searching and surfing the Internet and to allow links to web sites on the Internet. When the Provider provides links to other web sites, the Provider does not recommend that to its users access these web sites and it does not provide any guarantees to their web content or to services and products supplied and sold by these web sites to Internet users.

Please, contact the Provider if you are interested in linking the Home page of www.thenase.com and other web pages which can be publicly accessible. You are requested to contact the Provider for requesting our consent to linking www.thenase.com The Provider grants links to www.thenase.com free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis. 6. Our Business Policy 
The Provider has adopted a business policy; its mission consists of selling products through its services and its web site to consumers "Clients” or “Client” only. "Clients” or “Client” shall mean any natural person who is acting on www.thenase.com for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or professional activity (if any). If you are not a consumer, please do not use our services for purchasing products on www.thenase.com The Provider shall be entitled to object to the processing of purchase orders from persons other than "Clients” or “Client” and to any other purchase order which does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and these General Terms and Conditions of Use. 

Payment Methods

5. PAYMENT METHOD

5.1.  Payment of the price of the Products included in the order proposal and the relevant delivery charges, if any, shall be paid by the Client by credit card or by bank transfer. 

5.2 The Nase accepts payments made with the following payment methods: 
Visa; MasterCard; American Express and Ä°yzico

5.3. The transactions will be debited from the Client’s credit card only after: 
(i) the credit card data has been verified; 
(ii) the authorization to debit the card has been received from the issuer of the card used by the Client, and  
(iii) the availability of the Products has been confirmed by The Nase.

5.4. The Nase also accepts payments made by bank transfer to the following IBAN code: TR(*). All costs and expenses (including bank charges) associated with the bank transfer applied, as the case may be, to the Client by the bank, shall be borne by the Client. Payment shall be due within and not later than 7 (seven) working days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

5.5. In the event that, for any reason, it is impossible to debit the amount due by the Client (or to have the cleared funds received on The Nase's bank account, in case of bank transfer) within the due deadline, the contract will not be executed and the order will be cancelled.
